Mike Fisher, a life-long resident of Chester County, does house inspections in all neighboring counties and is licensed in the states of Delaware and Florida. An Army veteran, Mike has performed over 7,000 home inspections in the past 13 years for HouseInspect. His professional training includes the National Institute of Building Inspectors [NIBI] and the Building Performance Institute [BPI]. Of course, Mike is a certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors [ASHI] which requires on-going, continuing education and annual re-certification.
Trained in architecture and art, Chris is part of the revitalization movement in north and south Philadelphia, and is currently developing two properties in different emerging neighborhoods. His hands-on experience in renovating buildings led him to a second career as a home inspector. Chris is the second HouseInspect professional to have a Master’s Degree. Also, he is a recognized muralist. Chris is licensed in Philadelphia and surrounding counties for house inspections and is a certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors.
Steve Gindhart is a home inspector for HouseInspect in Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks, and Philadelphia counties and is licensed in the state of New Jersey. He especially offers a professionally developed understanding of commercial construction.
Coming from a construction project background, Steve has worked with reputable real estate development companies, including Fasano Acchione & Assoc., Parec Homes, and Haverstick-Borthwick Co., among others.
Parris has been a house inspector with HouseInspect for over 15 years. He is employed at a well known local university and is 'of counsel' on certain inspections. Having renovated properties and owned commercial properties, Parris has a broad understanding of standard construction components. Licensed, insured and a member in good standing with the American Society of Home Inspectors, he has performed inspections in the region surrounding Philadelphia.
